

Real-time monitoring
The platform dashboard demonstrates the live miner status. Users can check the equipment temperature, power consumption, hash rate, failure rate, and other key metrics. This data comes directly from the service API, pools, and the devices themselves. It is processed on the backend and updated on the frontend via a WebSocket connection.
Thanks to this, customers can monitor the profitability and efficiency of mining, control their expenses, and make decisions based on current data. They don’t need to contact managers for relevant information anymore.
Convenient and adaptive design
Visibility and usability were among the top project’s priorities – without a high-quality cryptocurrency dashboard UI design, it would be absolutely useless. To implement an appropriate UI/UX, we prepared several layouts in close communication with the client and conducted UX research with real product users.
An extremely important aspect of the design of such mining infrastructure monitoring solutions is adaptability, since it was assumed that customers would regularly use the dashboard via their smartphones. Therefore, the team paid special attention to the web interface development and testing on various form factors and mobile OSes.
Transparent billing and transaction history
All invoices, transactions, contracts, and related documentation are collected in a single platform section. The customer can always access a detailed transaction history – documentation is generated and saved automatically. With the new dashboard, customers see when and for what they need to pay. This has significantly eased the debt problem, typical of hosting.
As a part of our admin panel development for crypto services, we had to integrate the billing system with the accounting EZ Blockchain tools via API to enable customers to receive data and generate reports without manager intervention. In addition, the provider's customers obtained convenient payment options from the crypto mining analytics dashboard interface.
Back-office admin panel
The admin panel provides full control over all infrastructure aspects: from rig and customer management to real-time equipment monitoring for crypto mining.
The functionality was built on a modular architecture. It includes:
- managing customer accounts and transactions;
- technical analytics (for example, performance drawdown for an individual miner);
- Client Success Office module for the support service.
Now, back office employees can view customer data in real time, generate custom reports, and make recommendations based on analytics. Built-in logging tools and interface filters allow them to process requests instantly.

Transition from the MVP format will bring the product a redesign and a significant expansion of functionality.
